Abstract:

This document consist of two parts:
* A primer on reuse, introducing basic reuse concepts and summing up
some of the experience in the reuse field over the past fifteen years.
* An overview of the project methodology and Systematic Software
Engineering's plan for introduction of systematic software reuse.
